Bowen Technique
The Bowen Technique uses a series of simple, gentle moves across muscle and connective tissue. (Through Clothes)
The basic Bowen "Move" is precise and light. It targets specific muscles, and tendons. Using fingers and thumb, the area is manipulated, the muscle is then challenged and moved in the opposite direction. The patient then will be left for 2 minutes, this allows the released energy to travel through the body fully before the next "Move" is performed.

What does it involve
The DETOX MASSAGE begins with the application of Green Clay to the face and back and front of the body .
You are then wrapped in a sheet and a heat blanket to warm up, allow 20minutes.
A quick shower follows (To remove the clay)
This is followed by a full body massage, concentrating on the abdomen to loosen up any blockages and followed by remedial techniques to help relax tired aching muscles. And, to finish off, a gentle face and scalp massage to aid in clarity and focus and a foot massage for balance.
